1. When is your next available slot?

2. Does your massage include portable bed?

Portable bed is available for rental for postnatal massage sessions only.

3. Can I share the package with someone else?

The package cannot be shared with another person.

4. Where is the location of your shop?

This is a house-call massage service.

The massage will be done at the comfort of your home. You would only need to prepare 2 large and 2 small towels, and a bed or floor mattress. A protective disposable sheet cover will be provided by us.

5. When can I start massage after giving birth?

You can start massage as soon as 1 week after giving birth naturally. For caesarean birth, you may start 1 month after or upon your doctor's advice. Please contact our Customer Care Consultants through WhatsApp message at (+65) 8463 3168 for further advice.

6. May I top up the package if I like it?

We do not offer package top ups, you may add a new package instead.

7. May I request for a specific therapist?

As much as we try our very best to provide you with your preferred therapist, we do seek your understanding that it is subject to the therapist's schedule. There has to be a match in both the client's and therapist's schedules for us to confirm the massage sessions.

8. What is the frequency of the postnatal massage?

We strongly recommend consecutive days to have the best effect. It will be done from Mondays to Fridays. Saturdays and Sundays would be rest days.

9. What are the appointment hours like?

Our appointment hours are Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and Singapore Public Holidays.

10. Can I eat before massage?

Please only have light bites at least 30 minutes before massage. You can eat right away after massage.

11. Should I bathe before or after massage?

It will be good to have a light shower before massage to feel fresh. You can bathe 30 minutes after massage.

12. How many days in advance do I have to book the package?

It is recommended to book your package 2-3 months in advance.

13. Is there any expiry for the package?

Your package will expire 4 months from your Estimated Due Date.

14. When can I start prenatal massage?

You many start prenatal massages from week 16 of your pregnancy till week 39.

15. What does your pricing include?

Our pricing is nett and includes transportation and all basic materials needed for the massage therapy such as oils, creams, herbs, binder, etc.

16. Are your therapist certified and trained?

Our therapists are all certified and experienced. We hold regular in-house refresher trainings too for the therapists so that we can always uphold the service standards.

17. Can I do a mixture of 60 mins and 90mins?

Yes you may as long as the total minutes booked tally with the total minutes purchased. Please take note that minimum booking is 60 mins. Eg, 15 sessions x 60 mins is the same as 10 sessions of 90 mins.

18. For postnatal massage, how long should I keep my binder on?

It’s recommended for mummies to keep the binder on for at least 6 hours each day.

19. Will there be any refund if I cancel?

Unfortunately, refunds can only be processed if there are supporting medical documents to show that you are unfit for the massage.
